It’s all in the details! At Nice & Neat with Natalie, we value positivity, a growth mindset, hard work, and attention to detail. In addition to serving our clients, we place a strong emphasis on empowerment within our team—focusing on collaboration and creativity. Our organizers have the opportunity to grow personally and professionally as we each bring something unique to the table!

Our Organizers Will…

  • Work on location in homes and businesses primarily within the Northwest, IN territory.

  • Work well as a team and communicate with our clients with utmost professionalism and care.

  • Need reliable transportation to and from job assignments.

  • Need the physical ability to complete necessary organizing jobs/tasks on site (ability to lift 30 lbs.)

  • Organize! You do NOT have to be a skilled organizer to apply, but an interest in organizing and a willingness to learn is a must!
